Job Responsibilities for Office Building Cleaner
- Execute general cleaning tasks, encompassing sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in all designated areas of the office building.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, addressing toilets, sinks, and floors to maintain stringent sanitary standards.
- Empty trash containers and ensure the proper disposal of waste materials.
- Preserve cleanliness in shared spaces like hallways, lobbies, and break rooms.
- Ensure windows, glass partitions, and mirrors receive meticulous cleaning for a streak-free and polished appearance.
- Refill supplies, including toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning materials, as needed.
- Adhere to established protocols for the safe and effective use of chemical cleaners and equipment.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the relevant personnel.
- Consistently adhere to health and safety regulations as well as company policies to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to sustain a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the building.
